Chipotle Mexican Grill is coming to West Windsor and is actively seeking employees for its new location at the Square at West Windsor on Route 1, at the corner of Meadow Road. It's unclear when the gourmet burrito restaurant will open its doors at 3524 Route 1, but the company is advertising the positions of kitchen manager, service manager and restaurant team members on its website. The company lists the restaurant's status as "opening soon." A Chipotle representative was not immediately available for more specific information the new location.
