The Monmouth Junction Fire Department operates out of a facility on Ridge Road that consists of 3 engine bays, a full kitchen, member's room, training room, workout room and the offices for commissioners, line officers and the District Coordinator. The department offers its volunteers a Length of Service Awards Program that is similar to a 401k retirement plan, a yearly clothing allowance, yearly monetary incentive plan, unlimited use of in-station weight room, a life insurance plan and a college scholarship plan for members and their children.

Operating out of a single station, the department apparatus includes three engines, one rescue vehicle, two command vehicles, one utility vehicle and one rescue boat.
