Animal Tracking, Library Programs Highlight South Brunswick Weekend

High School Anime Club, South Brunswick Public Library, 110 Kingston Lane, Monmouth Junction, 3:30 p.m.

This is South Brunswick's anime club for High school students. They do an assortment of activities based on the interests of the group; including watching anime movies, talking about manga books, cosplay, playing games (electronic or standard games).  Membership is open to all interested teens grades 9-12.


Animal Tracking, 80 Scotts Corner Road, Cranbury, 2:30 p.m.

Come and learn about the art and science of animal tracking. In this class we will introduce a variety of tracking skills including clear print classification, trailing, animal locomotion, and reading sign. This class will offer helpful tips for tracking during an outside field session. Dress appropriately for the weather and bring a notebook. Cost is $5 for non-members, $3 for members. Imedia group, South Brunswick Public Library, 110 Kingston Lane, Monmouth Junction, noon.

Imedia is a video production group that plans videos for and about the library's teen community. All videos produced will go out on Youtube and possibly other video hosting sources. To get involved you must also become an active TVA member. 


Central Jersey (geek) Culture Appreciation, South Brunswick Public Library, 110 Kingston Lane, Monmouth Junction, 1:30 p.m.

A group of friendly, open-minded, mostly 20 and 30-somethings whose interests run the gamut from Buffy to Doctor Who, Comic Books to Lord of the Rings, Cranium to Dungeons and Dragons and far more.  If you have a geeky interest, one of us probably shares it!  The group gets together for board games, video games, movies, talking, etc.
