MLK Day, SBPL Programs in South Brunswick This Week

Events in and around town this week.

Martin Luther King Day

South Brunswick Township homeowners with garbage or recycling pick up scheduled for Monday will not have an interruption of service on Martin Luther King Day, January 20, 2014.  Although Township offices will be closed, the contractor will be performing normally scheduled Monday collections.  Please call the Public Works office with any questions at 732-329-4000, ext. 7274.

Martin Luther King Day of Service, Mapleton Preserve/D&R Canal State Park Headquarters, 145 Mapleton Road, Kingston, noon.

Put on your work boots and join Friends of Princeton Nursery Lands for an invigorating cleanup session. Bring tools such as saws, clippers, loppers and rakes.  Work gloves, sturdy shoes, warm clothing and hats are recommended. It's free and all are welcome. Do you want your child to think outside the box and develop critical thinking and problem solving skills?  Program will be introducing fun activities and games for kids introducing them to higher level of thinking and logic.
