SBPAL Flag Football Registration Closes Next Week

SBPAL Flag football registration is currently open and will close next week on August 19. Teams will be established at the end of August and practices will begin the first week of September (your coach will send you an email). 

All games will be played at the new turf field at Rowland Park, and most likely, all games will be played on Saturdays with make-up games scheduled for Sundays or during the week, as fields become available.  Games are typically about one hour long, consisting of 12 minute quarters.

ALL practices will be at Crossroads Middle School and are typically once or twice a week, depending upon the schedule, and last about 90 minutes (Practice schedules are set by the coaches).

Similar to last year, PAL will have two divisions, depending on the grade of the child as they enter school in September.

• Jr. Flag:  Grades 4 – 6
• Sr. Flag:  Grades 7 – 8

Registration Fee per Participant -- $125.00 
Additional Child in Program -- $100.00

SBPAL accepts Pay Pal, Credit Cards or checks (payable to the South Brunswick PAL).
