Max Speed & Agility at Next Level

Whether you're a youth level athlete who wants to gain the skills necessary to play a desired sport or an elite level athlete looking to outperform the opposition and stand out from the competition, this program is for you! Max Speed & Agility is an 8 week program that runs 2 days per week.  Groups are split up by age and ability to ensure a competitive training atmosphere for everyone.


Program Highlights:



  • Proper Running Mechanics

  • Lateral Mobility

  • Balance and Coordination

  • Increase "Relative" Body Strength

  • Develop Explosive Speed & Agility
