South Brunswick Girls Power Ramapo to Second Straight Dance Title

South Brunswick's Jessica Courtney and Casey Holstein help Ramapo win the Division III College Dance Team National Championship two years in a row.

Two South Brunswick High School alumni helped the Ramapo College Dance Team double up at the National Dance Alliance competition in Daytona Beach, Florida, helping the squad win a second straight National Championship.

South Brunswick residents Jessica Courtney, a senior co-captain from Kendall Park, and Casey Holstein, a junior from Dayton, were part of the 18-member championship squad. 

The NCA/NDA Collegiate Cheer and Dance Championship is single largest collegiate cheer and dance event in the world. The Ramapo College Dance Team took First Place in the Division III College Dance Team Competition with a score of 9.425, which bested second place finisher Blinn College (Brenham, TX).
