SBHS Viking Closet Offers Free Back to School Clothes and Essentials

The South Brunswick High School Viking Closet will hold its first annual Back to School Event on Aug. 23 from 10 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. 

Incoming South Brunswick freshmen and high school students are welcome to shop. The Viking Closet's mission is to have the South Brunswick communities, businesses, students, and high school staff work together in donating the basic clothing and accessory essentials for any students who are in need.  

No forms are required. All items have been donated and in turn all items are free of charge to all students. There will be a wide variety of brands for clothing and accessories; Hollister, American Eagle, Nike, Adidas, Abercrombie, you name it, they have it.

There will be sneakers, shoes, coats, gym wear, cleats, dresses, casual wear, jeans, dress shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, too many things to mention. As the Viking Closet survives on donations, they are still looking for back to school essentials: backpacks, notebooks, pens, pencils etc. 

The donation bins are located in the main lobby of the high school.  You can drop off donations any time the school is open.  

The Viking Closet is located on the third floor of South Brunswick High School in Room C300.
