This informative lecture will be presented by Social Worker, Lora Speiser from Care Alternatives. Caring for a loved one is a stressful job and no one is truly prepared for it. Caregivers need care too. Learn what you can do to help get relief. Learn how to keep yourself healthy while still giving quality care.
