Book Talk & Community Panel Discussion: The Faith Club

The South Brunswick Public Library and the Aging in Place Partnership present a book discussion on the The Faith Club: A Muslim, A Christian, A Jew -- Three Women Search for Understanding,  written by Ranya Idliby, Susanne Oliver, and Priscilla Warner.

“The Faith Club is a memoir of spiritual reflections in three voices that will make readers feel as if they are eavesdropping on the authors’ private conversations, provocative discussions, and often controversial opinions and conclusions. The authors wrestle with the issues of anti-Semitism, prejudice against Muslims, and preconceptions of Christians….”

Discussion moderator will be the Rev. Beth Scibienski of Community Presbyterian Church.  While reading the book is not required to participate, it is recommended.  Some copies are available at SBPL.  Having read the book will facilitate a more lively discussion.
