Officers observed alcohol being consumed by the attendees and believed several of them to be under the legal drinking age. The party was then dispersed, but Martin was "belligerent and uncooperative," according to South Brunswick Police spokesman Sgt. Jim Ryan.  Martin was subsequently arrested for underage drinking.

Acevedo, whose mother was out of the country on vacation, was issued a summons for allowing underage consumption at the party.
