UPDATE: Route 27 in Kingston Reopened

Motor vehicle accident caused downed wires near on Route 27 in area of Heathcote Road and Fairfield Road.

Route 27 has now been reopened in both directions following a motor vehicle accident that caused downed utility wires. South Brunswick Police said that crews from PSE&G are still working on the downed wires.

The accident occurred in the area of Heathcote Road and Fairfield Road. Motorists are advised to plan an alternate route until PSE&G can perform the necessary repairs.
