Serious Accident on Route 27 Near Border of Franklin Township
South Brunswick EMS involved in rescue operations after an accident involving a bus and a car.
South Brunswick Police are reporting a serious accident on the Franklin Township side of Route 27 and Bennington Parkway, near Finnegans Lane. The accident occurred shortly before 4:30 p.m. today.
Police spokesman Sgt. Jim Ryan said the accident involved a bus and a car. Five EMS units from South Brunswick were sent to the scene. Multiple victims were involved in the accident, but the severity of their injuries is not yet available.
There are no reported traffic problems from the accident.
