Police Still Seeking Kendall Park Man Charged With Felony Murder

Two suspects are sought in the shooting of a 19-year-old New Brunswick man on Sept. 27. Three additional men have already been arrested and charged.

Police continue to search for two suspects charged in the felony murder of a 19-year-old New Brunswick man in a Robinson Street basement earlier this month.

Michael Bailey, 20, of New Brunswick and Zaid Joseph, 20, of Kendall Park have been charged with felony murder in relation to the Sept. 27 slaying of Joshua Zhou, 19, of New Brunswick.

Zhou was fatally shot in the basement of a house on Robinson Street on Oct. 27 in what police said was a robbery attempt.

Three other men, Jeffrey Andre Cook, 19, Larry Pena, 19 and Dawonne Cooper, 22 have already been arrested and charged with felony murder.

Additionally, charged have been filed against four residents of the Robinson Street house where Zhou was killed, including possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, police said.

The names of the four residents was not immediately available.

Marijuana, scales, grinders and drug paraphernalia were recovered from the house, police said.
