Missing Hightstown Woman Found Dead in Parked Car
Joann Palma, who has been missing since Nov. 19, was found dead in her parked car in the parking lot of Hampton Arms Apartments in East Windsor.
Joann Palma, who was reported missing from Hightstown on Nov. 22, was found dead in a parked car in East Windsor on Thursday afternoon, according to police.
East Windsor police responded to the parking lot of C Building at the Hampton Arms Apartments at 1:25 p.m. to find Palma within a car that had been reported missing out of Hightstown Borough.
According to police, the doors of the car were locked and there were no immediate signs of foul play or violence indicated. The cause of Palma’s death is still under investigation by the authorities.

Palma, 62, was last seen at around 6:45 p.m. on Nov. 19 in Monroe Township and was reported missing on Nov. 22.
