Cops: Naked Man Attempted to Jump on Moving Tractor Trailer

Police said despondent male screamed "I command you to shoot me white man" while being handcuffed.

South Brunswick Police were able to take a despondent nude man into custody before he was able to harm himself while walking in the middle of Deans Rhode Hall Road earlier this month.

At 4 p.m. on March 12, police were dispatched to Deans Rhode Hall Road near the NJ Turnpike overpass on reports of a male walking in the roadway. While en route to the location, police were advised by witnesses that the male had stripped off all his clothes and was attempting to jump onto a moving tractor trailer.

The responding officers arrived at the scene to find the male walking down the center of the road on the double yellow line with no clothes on and his arms raised. Police said the male screamed “I command you to shoot me white man," as he was being handcuffed.
