Burglaries In South Brunswick: Stolen Airbags, iPods, Cash

The stolen items include radar detectors, wallets, sun glasses, iPods and cash. In several cases the suspects removed the vehicle airbags.

South Brunswick police are alerting residents to an increased number of car burglaries over the past two weeks in the township.

The suspects have been entering unlocked vehicles in high density complexes during the overnight hours and stealing items. The stolen items include radar detectors, wallets, sun glasses, iPods and cash. In several cases the suspects removed the vehicle airbags.

The suspects have entered vehicles in Royal Oaks Apartment Complex, Wynwood Developments and East Garden Apartments. Residents are reminded to lock their car doors at night and report any suspicious activity.
