Letter: South Brunswick Election Congratulations

Paul Saltin, Republican Candidate for South Brunswick Council

I would like to extend my congratulations and best wishes to my Democratic opponents on their victory at the Polls this past Tuesday.

The experience of campaigning was very rewarding as I met so many wonderful people throughout the township. I'm grateful for the support I received from so many people; family, friends, neighbors and all the new folks that I've met along the way.

To Councilman John O'Sullivan I'm sorry you will not be able to continue on the Council. You had but one interest and that was to continue working on behalf of the people of South Brunswick.

I know you will not stop your efforts no matter what seat you occupy.  I’m proud of the effort and style of our campaign and extremely appreciative of the support we received from the Republican organizations at both the county and state levels.

Closer to home I very grateful to all of you who have supported my effort, put party aside, encouraged me, contributed to my campaign and volunteered your time.  We knew going in that this was going to be an up-hill battle and we got that right.

I hope I have the opportunity to contribute to the future of South Brunswick, Middlesex County and our great state.  Thank you all for affording me this great opportunity.
