Kathy Weber-Hill, former SBHS English teacher, dies at 67

Weber-Hill retired in 2000, after teaching English at the high school for 35 years.

Kathleen M. Weber Hill, 67, died Monday, April 2, at St. Peter's University Hospital in New Brunswick.

She was born and raised in Trenton, and resided in Plainsboro and Hightstown before moving to Monroe Township 22 years ago.

She was a graduate of Georgian Court College, receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in education. She was employed by the South Brunswick Board of Education, where she taught high school English for 35 years, retiring in 2000.

She was past president of the Princeton Ski Club; she also enjoyed traveling, hiking, the outdoors and golf. She was an active member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, East Windsor.

She is survived by her loving husband of 26 years Richard J. Hill of Monroe, two brothers, Robert D. Weber and his wife Linda of Lawrenceville, and John R. Weber Jr. and his wife Peg of Yardley, Pa., a brother-in-law, Jonathan L. Hill and his wife Lillian of Thornwood, N.Y. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Thursday, April 5, from 3-6 p.m. at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, 205 Rhode Hall Road, Monroe, N.J. 08831.

Funeral services will begin at 6 p.m. following the visitation. Cremation is private. Arrangements are under the direction of the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home.
