SBHS Grad Honored for Video of Trip Abroad

Michael Knox won first place in the ACIS Trip Video contest held every year for students who travel abroad with their high school.

Michael Knox, 18, of Kendall Park, just won first place in the ACIS Trip Video contest held every year for students that travel abroad with their high school.

Mike, a 2012 graduate of South Brunswick High School, traveled to Italy with the school over spring Bbreak. They traveled to Rome, Florence and Venice, as Mike shot footage of the sights and famous landmarks they visited.

When he returned to New Jersey, Mike interviewed some of his fellow travelers, as well as Mrs. Elizabeth Snediker, the trip's leader, for some insights from the experience.

First prize came with a monetary award of a $500 gift card to Amazon. Knox is currently a Freshman at the University of Rhode Island, where he is a Film and Media Major.
