South Brunswick Clergy Association Hosting Thanksgiving Service

Donate to the less fortunate at services this Sunday in Dayton.

The South Brunswick Clergy Association will be hosting their annual interfaith Community Thanksgiving Service on Nov. 24 at 7 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church at Dayton on 362 Georges Road.

This annual interfaith service offered by the South Brunswick Clergy Association invites the South and North Brunswick Communities together to celebrate our blessings. This year’s service, entitled “The Sacred Privilege to Care: Reflections on Poverty and Plenty," asks people of faith and the greater community to consider ways in which we are directed to respond to the needs of the poor and what we can do about their need.

During the service, there will be a collection of non-perishable food for the South Brunswick Food Pantry and an offering toward the South Brunswick Clergy Association-sponsored scholarship awarded to a South Brunswick High School senior who has thoughtfully shared an experience of living in a religiously diverse society.
