Brio Tuscan Grille Opens Today at Quaker Bridge Mall

Brio restaurants offer lunch and dinner, as well as brunch on the weekends.

Brio Tuscan Grille, serving Italian cuisine in a Tuscan atmosphere, opens today (Nov. 14) at the Quaker Bridge Mall.

The 5,500-square-foot restaurant is designed to comfortably accommodate 200 diners and 34 guests for bar seating.

The restaurant features made-to-order pastas, grilled and oven-roasted steaks, chops and fresh fish as well as entrée salads, flatbreads and bruschetta.

Brio restaurants offer lunch and dinner, as well as brunch on the weekends. The restaurant will be open on Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. 

The new eatery will be built onto the exterior of the mall, along the Route 1 side, between the J.C. Penney department store and the Cheesecake Factory .

Brio is part of an Ohio-based chain that operates over 100 restaurants around the country. The nearest Brio is at Freehold Raceway Mall.
