Youth Advisory Council (YAC) - Grades 6-12

The Youth Advisory Council Meeting (for students in Grade 6-12) is the first Saturday of the month unless otherwise noted and is an important element in teen programming.

Teens provide input on programs they'd like to see, and talk about ways in which the YA librarian and the library can better serve their needs. Plus, participants get to eat, laugh and hang. Snacks provided courtesy of the Friends of the Library. No registration necessary, but all attendees must have a current volunteer application on file in order to count the hours as volunteer service.
