In the wake of Hurricane Sandy, there were many that lost everything including clothes, memorable items, as well as homes. In an effort to help the Red Cross help everyone, MPAMA is now an official drop-off location for Dayton/South Brunswick, NJ. We are accepting all kinds of donations from baby products to clothes to non-perishable food however what is really needed is undergarments (new), blankets, and gift cards; we will be delivering the donations on Sunday, November 18th.
To better help everyone, including the people in our community that were hit hard, we will be holding a Hurricane Sandy Relief Event tomorrow, November 17th. From 10am to 5pm our doors will be open to the public for donations, and as a safe haven for those who need a warm place to spend some time. Also, the instructors of MPAMA will be doing several demonstrations, there will be DJ in the back parking lot playing music of the Liberty Mall, and we might have a few superheroes popping in and out. Please spread the word about our relief event, our goal is to bring the community together during this troubling time.
