The Week Ahead in South Brunswick

Monday

The PTO will be collecting clean, usable/wearable clothing for men, women, and children. Other items accepted are: shoes, belts, handbags, linens, soft toys, and stuffed animals. Please bring donations in tied plastic bags during school hours.  Drop off locations are in the front atrium hallway or if the weather is nice, outside by the side door (faculty) entrance. The PTO will be paid for each pound of donations.  This is a great way to get rid of old clothing and help a good cause.

Jazzercise classes are offered for adults and teens ages 13 and older. Teens under 16 must come accompanied by an adult; parents of participants under 18 must sign the registration form. Join at any time.

Are you looking for a job or thinking about changing jobs?  Your foot in the door is an effective resume. The library is offering a program on how to write an effective resume with an overview of the resources here in the library that can assist you in your job search. Space is limited so registration is required.  No critique of individual information will be available; only general questions can be answered.

Come down and find out what is so great about being a Cub Scout. Since its beginning, the Cub Scout program has been a fun and educational experience concerned with values. Besides providing a positive place where boys can enjoy safe, wholesome activities, Cub Scouting focuses on building character, improving physical fitness, teaching practical skills, and developing a spirit of community service.

South Brunswick Lions present the Zerbini Family Circus on Friday, May 18 at 7:30 p.m., Saturday at 4 p.m. and 6 pm. and Sunday at 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. Tickets are $10 in advance and $12 at the door. Advance tickets may be purchased at Pierre's Deli on Georges Road or Confectionately Yours on Route 27.
