Wedding Day Smile

A bride to be in search of the perfect smile.

When my husband asked me to marry him, I was so excited.  One thing I knew for sure was that I wanted to have the perfect smile.  I mean think about it, all those pictures!  What if I have lipstick on my teeth! YIKES!  So I knew first things first, I need a cleaning.  I scheduled the cleaning with our new and amazing hygienist, Kate.  Have you met her yet?  She's fabulous!  Next, I know I am going to want to whiten my teeth.  I plan on using the Crest over the counter white strips.  As a hygienist who has used them before, I know they can cause some sensitivity, so I started brushing with ProNamel toothpaste.  If you are someone who suffers from tooth sensitivity, this toothpaste is amazing!  It is wise to brush with the toothpaste two weeks prior to starting a whitening program in order to let the active ingredient start to work on your teeth.  I will use the ProNamel during the whitening strip usage (2 weeks).  My wedding day is approaching quickly, and as it does I am slowly preparing my smile for a wonderful day.  I know that looking back at the pictures, I will be happy with my wedding day smile!
