The Board of Directors of the South Brunswick Family YMCA announced that Jeffrey Hermann will become the Y’s third Board President.
Hermann succeeds Anthony Campisano, who is stepping down after six years as Board President. The appointment is effective immediately. The Board of Directors serves as a guide for the Y work in youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
“Ys across the country work every day to ensure that children and adults have the opportunity to learn and grow. We are proud to introduce Jeff Hermann as the next Board President of the South Brunswick Family YMCA,” said Tom Libassi, Executive Director of the South Brunswick Family YMCA. “Jeff is a dynamic and engaging leader, and we are excited to have his energy and expertise to lead our Y.”

Jeff Hermann grew up in Franklin Township, graduated of Rider University in 2003 and then joined the family business, Hermann Services, Inc. He is currently Executive Vice President of Marketing, where is oversees all sales and marketing efforts. In addition, Jeff oversees all dispatch operations.
Over the past several years, Jeff has been an active fundraiser and participant for the MS Foundation and has led the Toys for Tots campaign at Hermann Services during each Holiday season.
Jeff resides in Plainsboro with his wife Luisa and their daughter. They are expecting another child in February.
The Y is the nation’s leading nonprofit committed to strengthening communities through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Locally, last year the Y provided over $100,000 worth of scholarship benefits to children and adults in need of financial assistance.
