South Brunswick Jazz Café Returns Oct. 11

Blues guitarist Paul Plumeri set to perform.

On Oct. 11, South Brunswick's Jazz Café series of monthly Friday night concerts presents Paul Plumeri.

One part technician, one part poet and one part guitar craftsman, Plumeri has been playing his own style of blues in and around Trenton and eastern Pennsylvania clubs for more than three decades.

For this particular performance, the audience is invited to bring its own wine or beer.

All Jazz Café performances run from 8 to 10 p.m. in the Herb Eckert Auditorium in the Senior Center at the Municipal Complex, located at 540 Ridge Roadin Monmouth Junction. 

Admission is $6 at the door and light refreshments are served.  The Jazz Café shows are targeted to residents of all ages.

Following Plumeri, the last Jazz Café performance this fall will feature Shikantaza, a musical group dedicated to finding the hidden jazz jewels in the Great American Songbook, as well as performing original and esoteric musical works.
