Volunteers Needed For Horse Therapy Program in South Brunswick

Enjoy the company of horses and helping special needs children at Hasty Acres Farm, 121 Laurel Ave., Kingston.

Adults and children over the age of 14 are needed to assist riders in the Heads Up Therapeutic Riding Program at Hasty Acres Farm. 

Horse experience is welcome, but not necessary. Volunteers will be asked to prepare horses, lead horses, and to walk alongside horses, providing any needed assistance for special riders.

Lessons are held at the Kingston farm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, between 3 and 7 p.m.

Basic information forms must be filled out along with a permission/release form signed by a guardian for volunteers under the age of 18.  Contact information and forms can be found at http://www.headsupspecialriders.com.
