South Brunswick Township Council Meeting, , 540 Ridge Rd, Monmouth Junction. 7:30 p.m. The council is expected to discuss the parameters for the search to find a new Township Manager. Current manager Matthew Watkins informed the township last week that he would be moving on to become City Manager for Clifton, NJ.

Japanese Adventures: Dress up in a Kimono, , 110 Kingston Ln, Monmouth Junction. 4:30 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. Great books and fun activities for kids in grades K-3. The SBPL welcomes friends in early elementary school to come participate in this storytime. Join them to make your own Japanese kimono paper pal.
Thursday
South Brunswick Senior Center 20th Anniversary Party, , 540 Ridge Rd, Monmouth Junction. 11 a.m. Help celebrate the center's 20th aniversary. Live music by Ed Goldberg. As they commemorate this occasion, the South Brunswick Senior Center embraces the cultural diversity of the center. The senior center provides a means for all who visit to grow in mind and body. Bring a friend to become a member. You'll also have the opportunity to write a short piece about the Senior Center means to you. Barbecue menu includes hamburger with all the trimmings, potato salad, baked beans, iced tea and ice cream. Vegetarian meals are availalbe. Lunch costs $2.25. Reservation required.
