FOCS ROCKS 4 CHRIS is a benefit concert that has been planned to raise money for 19-year-old Marine and SBHS alum Christopher Molnar. Chris is currently recovering from a heart transplant. Back in November of 2012 Christopher suffered a stroke when he returned home from Marine basic training. Tests revealed significant heart damage and a need for a transplant. Chris had an LVAD (pump) surgically implanted to do the work of his heart until a healthy heart became available. After waiting for five months Christopher received the phone call that would change his life. The community is coming together to celebrate this young man and his incredible strength and spirit. Five O'Clock Shadow, a Boston based A Cappella pop/rock vocal band will perform a concert at SBHS. Their music is appropriate for all ages.
