Islamic Society of Central Jersey (ISCJ) strongly condemns the kidnapping of Nigerian schoolgirls by the terrorist group known as Boko Haram. This act is totally against every Islamic value and tradition. It is simply a horrific crime. We urge the Nigerian government and other countries who can assist to find these schoolgirls as soon as possible and bring the captors to justice. Our prayers are with the victims and their loved ones. We speak as Muslims, as Americans and as human beings who are committed to peace, democracy and justice for all children in the world.
