• Drop the Middlesex County Vocational School for a performance of William Shakespeare’s “Comedy of Errors," Thursday and Friday, and again April 7 and April 8. Performed by the Middlesex County School of Performing Arts, the shows begin at 7 p.m. and last for 90 minutes Tickets are $12 for general admission ($15 at the door,) $5 for all students and senior citizens and free for teachers and administrators, K-12, and performing Arts professionals To reserve tickets or for further information call 732-254-8700 or email aladrenm@mcvts.net.

• 40th Anniversary Celebration of Carole King's Tapestry Album at 8 p.m. at Grounds for Sculpture at 18 Fairgrounds Road in Hamilton. Women singer-songwriters including Natalie Acciani, Brittany Ann, Birdie Busch, and Vanessa Reddin will perform King’s album, as well as original songs influenced by King. Saturday

Monmouth Junction PTO Flea Market and Craft Sale.  9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Crossroads South Middle School.  Families, small businesses, home based businesses, and more have booked tables.  The Monmouth Junction PTO is also taking donations. If you choose not to sell your own stuff, the school is happy to take it for you.  All the proceeds from the donated items will go to the PTO.

• Westminster Symphonic Choir, Westminster Festival Orchestra and Princeton GirlChoir Perform Carl Orff’s Carmina Burana at 8 p.m. at the Princeton Meadow Event Center at Princeton Presbyterian Church, 545 Meadow Road, Princeton. For more information: www.rider.edu/wca/events

• Come meet storyteller Jim Rohe in his Milk & Cookies debut at the New Jersey State Theater at 10 a.m. and noon. Jim will be bringing along his guitar, harmonica, and tambourine to accompany his international tales in both English and Spanish. The program is free, but pre- registration is required. The Diocese of Metuchen will sponsor a live musical performance by Catholic recording artist Tony Melendez on April 9 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at St. Bartholomew Parish, 460 Ryders Lane. A Nicaraguan American guitar player, composer, singer and songwriter, Melendez was born without arms. His mother took Thalidomide while pregnant, which caused his disability and he learned to play the guitar with his feet. Saturday and Sunday

• “Hello, Dolly!” makes its way to Mercer County Community College’s Kelsey Theatre, with performances on Saturday and Sunday at 7:30 p.m. and an afternoon performance at 2 p.m. on Saturday. Kelsey Theatre is located on the college’s West Windsor campus, 1200 Old Trenton Road. A reception with the cast and crew follows the opening performance on April 8. Admission is $16 for adults, $14 for seniors, and $12 for students and children. For more information, visit the Kelsey Theatre website.

Sunday

• Chabad of South Brunswick's Family Model Matzah Bakery at 10:30 a.m. at the Chabad Jewish Center, 1 Riva Avenue. The Bakery (modeled on an authentic Shmurah - handmade - Matzah Bakery) offers a firsthand exposure to the ins and outs of a Matzah - "No oil?  Only flour and water?  Why? Participants have an opportunity to bake their own Matzah and witness the entire process. The uniqueness of this project is that the entire family can learn together and have fun at the same time. It makes the traditional Mitzvah (precept) of Matzah fresh and exciting for Jews of all ages and backgrounds.  

Ethan Bortnic, at the New Jersey State Theater in New Brunswick at 3 p.m. Ethan is only 10-years-old but he'll wow you with his musical adventures of everything from Beethoven to The Beatles. This child prodigy pianist and his full back up band make a State Theatre debut after appearing on the PBS Special, "Ethan Bortnick and his Musical Time Machine." Songs in concert will include Gloria Gaynor’s “I Will Survive,” the Beatles’ “Let It Be,” Mozart’s “Ala Turka,” Little Richard’s “Good Golly Miss Molly,” and more.

• Kaleidoscope Chamber Orchestra will perform music from the era of Mozart and Haydn at Rider Univeristy’s Gill Memorial Chapel in Lawrenceville at 2:30 p.m. For more information:  www.rider.edu/wca/events.
