The Pinpricks and Papercuts Scrapbooking and Paper Crafts group will meet together in the library on several Saturdays this spring to work on their projects and share tips, tricks and good conversation. All craft warrriors are welcome to join this group; bring your own supplies and projects, the group provides support, encouragement and non-judgemental critique if you want it. The Friends of the South Brunswick Public Library will hold their Annual Afternoon Tea to honor their valued members this afternoon in Meeting Room A/B at 2:00 p.m.  The tea is for current memebers only.  If you would like to join the Friends or renew your membership, please visit the Friends page on the South Brunswick Public Library website at http://www.sbpl.info/friends/join.htm.  You are welcome to bring your favorite tea cup and enjoy Teas from Around the World.

Marathi Language Classes110 Kingston Ln, Monmouth Junction, 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The South Brunswick Public Library is pleased to partner with a teacher from the Morganville Marathi School to continue offering Marathi language classes through May 2012. The classes are free and for students ages 5 and up with caregiver or parent participation welcome.  Classes will meet the first and third Sundays of the month from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in Program Room 1A/1B, starting on January 15, 2012 and ending on May 20, 2012.  The classes may be extended beyond May, depending on the availability of the instructor.  There will be no class on April 15, when the library will be having their World in South Brunswick Celebration of Art and Diversity program.
