Highly Coveted Final Phase to Debut During July 13 & 14 Open House at The Pointe at Turnbury

The Pointe at Turnbury, the active adult community located just five miles from downtown Princeton, will introduce its final phase of new homes this weekend, July 13th  and 14th, at an open house from noon to 4 p.m. As part of the celebration, Millennium Homes is offering every buyer $20,000 worth of free upgrades during the event.

Home buyers are invited to come tour the community’s model homes, enjoy refreshments and take advantage of the special incentive all weekend. Buyers can apply the $20,000 incentive to any of the numerous upgrade options offered by The Pointe at Turnbury. Popular choices include hardwood floors, granite countertops and several cabinet, faucet, crown molding and trim packages. The offer applies to select homes only and supplies are limited.

In a community already known for its luxury appeal and tremendous value, the incentive is a rare opportunity for home buyers to upgrade their lifestyle and increase the value of their home at no extra cost. The 190-home community has reached its final phase of construction, so it may be the last time an offer this generous is available.

“After much pent-up demand, this final phase of homes at The Pointe at Turnbury offers the most desirable locations in the community,” said Kristina Hedden, Vice President of Marketing at Millennium Homes. “We invite everyone to visit the community this weekend to see the new sites for themselves and take advantage of this limited-time incentive before it runs out. With homes here selling so fast and interest rates on the rise, this might be one of the last opportunities for buyers to benefit from this generous offer.”

Located in South Brunswick, which was recently named one of Money magazine’s “Best Places to Live”, The Pointe at Turnbury offers residents the ability to own a private home in a community with friendly neighbors, a convenient location and a wide range of luxury amenities. Priced from the low-$300,000s, homes are available for both immediate-occupancy and longer-term purchases with fall and winter closing dates. Highly-coveted premium home sites with wooded lots are now available as part of the final phase of construction.
