Warming Up, Memory Screening Thursday in South Brunswick

Goings on today in South Brunswick.

Temperatures will skyrocket to a balmy 33 degrees today as the vaunted Arctic vortex moves out of the area.

Elsewhere in town, the South Brunswick library will host a program to test your memory skills. Here's what else you need to know today.

1. Today's forecast calls for partly cloudy skies in the morning giving way to mainly sunny skies in the afternoon bringing a high of 33 with light winds. Overnight the temperature will drop to the mid-20's.

2. The South Brunswick Public Library will host a Memory Screening by The Princeton Medical Institute today at 6:30 p.m. The screening consists of a series of questions and/or tasks designed to test memory, language skills, thinking ability and other intellectual functions. Screenings and review of the results, including when to follow up with a physician or other healthcare provider, are private.
