Cool Weather Continues, Thursday is Full of Bologna

Goings on in South Brunswick Thursday.

Thursday will continue the transition into cool fall weather being the norm, and that's no bologna.

What is bologna, however, is Oct. 24, which is National Bologna Day. See what I did there? Today we celebrate the staple of school lunches, and the catchy song that taught everyone that bologna, in fact, has a first name and second name. Who knew?

Here's what else is going on around town today.

1. Today's forecast calls for mostly sunny skies with a high of 54 degrees and a 10 percent chance of rain. The temperature will drop to the mid-30's overnight.

2. Celebrate National Bologna Day with some fried bologna, or relive your youth with a bologna and mustard sandwich, of course. For more information visit Holiday Insights, and for the best bologna bargains around town, visit the Patch Business Directory.
