The Gallery at the South Brunswick Municipal Building, 540 Route 522, Monmouth Junction, will host a Meet the Artist reception for its newest exhibit, titled "Through the Camera's Eye," July 10, 6:30-8 p.m.

The exhibit spotlights the work of four photographers whose work has been seen at the gallery in prior exhibits.

Bob Ambrosio (Dayton) retired from Wall Street to focus on photography. His selections in this exhibit feature photographs from the Eastern State Penitentiary in Philadelphia, pa.

Michael Derer (Kendall Park), former staff photographer for the Associated Press now turns his eye away from public people and events to the world in his own back yard.

Bill Hoo (Plainsboro) shoots outside the color spectrum norm that presents a more realistic world that we wrongly ignore and believe that we our world is environmentally safe forever.

John Sandstedt (Dayton) is a photographer from the good old “film days” who “aims his now digital camera’s eye to show us the world’s landscapes.”

The exhibit continues through Oct. 2. The Gallery is open Mondays through Fridays, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and evenings when meetings are scheduled. For more information, contact South Brunswick Arts Commission, 732-3329-4000, ext. 7635, arts@sbtnj.net, or www.sbarts.org.
