South Brunswick YMCA Golf Outing, 49 Southfield Road, West Windsor, 9 a.m.

The outing includes a continental breakfast and lunch. Support of this event is essential to meeting our goal of raising $25,000 for our scholarship fund. Includes breakfast, lunch and giveaway bag. Net proceeds from the golf outing are used to provide financial aid for families and individuals to ensure that everyone has access to Y programs and services, regardless of income.

Bon Appetit for the Spirit, South Brunswick Senior Center, 540 Ridge Rd, Monmouth Junction, 10:30 a.m.

The South Brunswick Office on Aging is offering a weekly book club entitled Bon Appétit for the Spirit. This group utilizes literature as a catalyst to discuss personal issues/thoughts/concerns with each other.  Past books included ‘The Kite Runner’, My Sisters Keeper, The Ice Castle, The Help and many more. This group is always open to new participants.  We meet most Thursdays at 10:30. Open to S. Brunswick seniors 55+. Please call Caryl if you have questions at 732 329 4000 ext. 7212.
