American Properties, an award winning, family-owned, New Jersey-focused, LEED certified home builder, has announced its participation in the 2012 Central New Jersey Spectrum for Living Walk on September 9, 2012, at Roosevelt Park in Edison, N.J., in continued support of quality housing and clinical services aimed to help adults with developmental disabilities attain their maximum potential. American Properties has remained committed to Spectrum for Living, a New Jersey not-for-profit organization that provides quality housing and clinical services in state-of-the-art facilities and in the homes of families caring for a disabled loved one, for over twenty years, participating in and sponsoring the organization’s annual Spectrum Walk and recognition dinner, and participating in additional community events, including the Spectrum Bowl-a-Thon.
